Zoom Got It Done Campaign

The challenge

For years, Zoom has been synonymous with meetings. But Zoom has evolved, and we needed to change the way people think about it.

The challenge? Show the world that Zoom isn't just where work gets discussed. It's where work gets done. And do it in a way that felt unmistakably human, clever, and impossible to ignore.

The idea

Less talking about work. More getting it done.

Enter Zoom Got It Done, an integrated campaign built around a simple truth: great ideas mean more when something actually comes of them.

We leaned into the familiar moments, frustrations, and conversations of everyday work to show how Zoom AI helps turn all that talking into tangible outcomes. Think fewer loose ends, more crossed-off to-dos, and actual work to show for it.

My role

I led copywriting for the campaign, concepting and writing all 70 assets across out-of-home, radio, podcasts, paid social, display, and additional digital channels.

From three-second billboard headlines to longer-form audio scripts, I translated one central creative idea into channel-specific executions, balancing brand storytelling, product value, and a little personality along the way.

The goal was to make a complex shift in brand perception feel refreshingly simple: Zoom doesn't just help you talk about the work. It helps you get it done.
