How do you tell the story of Zoom AI in just a few words?
As an extension of our Zoom Ahead campaign for 2026, our Zoom AI out-of-home placements focused on distilling a complex product vision into something people can grasp at a glance. The campaign needed to communicate a simple idea: Zoom doesn’t just help people connect — it’s an AI-first work platform that turns the decisions, action items, and key moments in your meetings into completed work.
As the lead writer on this campaign, I developed the messaging across a series of placements in major U.S. markets. While some concepts were designed to be universally relevant, others incorporated subtle nods to soccer for placements in World Cup host cities.
The creative translated our “conversation to completion” narrative into concise, human-centered ideas that make AI feel useful, approachable, and rooted in real work.
