Zoom “hey IT” Campaign Placements

As the lead copywriter on this project, I helped shape the creative strategy and voice of the campaign — a user-driven activation turning employee preference for Zoom into visible demand that inspires IT leaders to act.

I led copy development across key campaign touchpoints:

  • Print ads: Wrote a full-page manifesto for The New York Times and San Francisco Chronicle, positioning IT as the hero who listens and empowers teams.

  • OOH: Crafted Times Square billboard copy showcasing real user “Hey IT” confessions.

  • Digital Ads: Wrote New York Times Tech newsletter display ads driving IT decision-makers to the campaign hub.

Through clear, human storytelling, the campaign transformed user sentiment into a movement — bridging the gap between employee advocacy and IT action, and reinforcing Zoom as the collaboration platform people trust.
