Zoom SXSW OOH placements
As the lead copywriter for this campaign, I shaped the core messaging and creative voice for a high-visibility activation during SXSW in Austin. The campaign appeared across terminals in the Austin airport, highway billboards, and in-app placements within Lyft, reaching a constant flow of travelers, tech leaders, and conference attendees.
The work focused on repositioning Zoom from a meeting tool to a fully connected, AI-powered workplace platform. I developed culturally relevant, Austin-specific headlines and storytelling-driven copy that highlighted how Zoom Workplace and AI Companion help teams move from conversation to completed work/results.
By blending local references, humor, and relatable work moments, the campaign delivered context-aware creative designed to capture attention in transit while reinforcing Zoom’s role in helping modern teams move work forward.
